Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

As PassPhotoFast provides instant digital processing services, we maintain a strict No Refund policy. Once the payment is completed and the photo is processed, the service is considered fully rendered.

2. Acceptance Guarantee

We are confident in our AI compliance checks. If your photo is rejected by a government agency due to a technical error in our processing (e.g., incorrect background removal or scaling), we will provide you with a one-time free retake/re-processing credit. No cash refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellation

Since our service is per-transaction and processed instantly, cancellations are not possible once the user confirms the crop and proceeds to payment.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are made only at the sole discretion of the management and only in cases of confirmed platform-wide technical failures that prevented the delivery of the service altogether.
