By using PassPhotoFast (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
2. Nature of Service
PassPhotoFast is an AI-powered tool designed to assist users in creating passport and visa photos. Our Service automates background removal, scaling, and compliance checks based on standard biometric requirements.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of the original photo uploaded. The Service provides an automated output, but the user must verify that the final photo meets the specific requirements of the relevant issuing authority (e.g., US Department of State).
4. Digital Products and No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a photo has been processed and the digital file is made available for download, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We provide a preview before final processing to ensure user satisfaction.
5. Limitation of Liability
PassPhotoFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to passport or visa application rejections, travel delays, or financial losses.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and AI models used in providing the Service are the property of PassPhotoFast. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the processed photos for personal, non-commercial passport or visa applications.
7. Data Retention
To prioritize user privacy and minimize storage costs, all processed photos are automatically deleted from our servers 24 hours after creation. Users are strongly advised to download and save their photos immediately after purchase.
